The most prescious item in my life would be my family and my friends.. For obvious reasons of course lol
I think my school is unique because its so small. We have only 250-300 kids from Prep to Yr 12 so pretty much everyone knows everyone and also our class sizes are only 20-30 kids so the teacher has more opportunity to get around everyone and help if we are stuck.

I think the best thing about living where I do (the country) would be not having people looking right over your fence and being able to scream your lungs out and not have the police turn up wondering what is going on, also living away from everyone and everything…
Its been just over 2 weeks since i got my new yabbie and while his house is rather merky and neeeds cleaning out he lives on!! so haha to all who said i would kill him!!

Today i went yabbying in a mates daM! It was the best fun, we caught 20 and i decided to keep one, he’s in a fish tank on my cuboard! I have only one problem…. I can’t think of a name.. can you guys help me out please? that would be great..

Why don’t we have school on monday?? Well on monday it is Labour day! Labour day originated in the early 1860’s and reconises the contribution to the society of all working people, this means we have a 3 day weekend and conveniently it is also Port Fairy Folk Festival. Hence, NO school on monday YAY!!

Hi all my blogging buddys!
I go to a small country school called Hawkesdale P-12 College. We have around 300 students and most of us travel to school on a provided bus, while the ‘townys’ walk or ride. We have 5 buses that generally provide all areas of the district free of charge transport to and from school. The benifits of going to a country school is that we have small class sizes and the teachers are able to get around and help out all of the kids, also at a country school you know everyone and everyone knows you! Our school provides many different education opportunitys as well as a great list of sporting activites that include soccer, footy, cricket, netball, swimming, athletics, triathlon just to name a few. Our school also provides allows us to choose our elective subjects from yr 9 onwards that include music, infomation technology, drama, digital photography, LOTE (chinese), wood, systems and many many more. We have 3 year 10 local work experience placements and 2 Melbourne based placements. Overall I think that our school is better than a city school for most of the reasons listed below.

Hi my name is Hannah, I am 15 and live in Victoria, Australia. I love sport and hangin out wit my mates. I play alot of sport and this year was lucky enough to compete at the state championships for cricket. I enjoy going to the speedway and meeting new people. My medium term goal would be to find an apprentaship and begin that as soon as possible. My short term goals are to boost my confidence and get alot more fit than I currently am. My mates and i are constanlty laughing and mucking round, but what can i say? we love a good laugh, or 2…. or 3… LoL.. oh and i love photography too
