GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!!

Emily and I recently presented our projects to the senior council. Emily is a Moyne Shire Youth Councillor and represents the Hawkesdale – Eumeralla riding and I was representing the Hawkesdale Environmental Leaders Program. Emily’s project is a ‘funky rotunda’ and ours is a walking track and environmental centre located in Hawkesdale. These projects are funded by various grants and donations within the community. We will incorporate both projects at the one place and make one good project. There are 3 youth councillors representing Hawkesdale – Eumeralla and there are 8 people in the Hawkesdale Environmental Leaders Program

Why should we blog? This question has been asked by our info teacher. I think that we should be able to blog because it allows us to communitcate with people all around the world, it enables us to get opinions and information about other people and also lets us to gain further knowlegde of using the internet and internet saftey, blogging is a great way to learn in a different way to the usual classroom style. We should all be able to blog!!

My favorite holiday would be Christmas beacause i get to catch up with my cousins that come down and we have lunch and tea together with my cousins.. We don’t really do the whole tree and decorations thing but we sometimes put a tree up the week before. We have a roast lunch and then have cold meat and salad for tea.. XxX

Last week the rest of my class went on the school camp to Tasmania, i didn’t go but yet i went to school. The yr 9 & 10’s were combined and we did normal classes. The highlight of the week would of been having the whole week to study and prepare for exams which are on at the end of this week.

List 3 activities are you involved in after school?

1. Net Set Go! (Coaching Netball)

2. Bird Club!

3. Photography!

Which one is your favourite? and why?

Netball because giving young kids the oppotunity to get out and get fit while doing the sport they like to me is pretty important and it’s fun at the same time, also i get to spend time with my mates who run it with me (Tara, Emily) Thanks guys xx
